In addition to serving extra people, we’ve additionally expanded the training catalog to incorporate workshops geared toward job retention. The high two new additions have been ‘Providing Exceptional Customer Service’ and ‘Harmony within the Workplace.’ The ‘Providing Exception Customer Service’ workshop supplies a holistic look at customer support which includes ideas and skills associated to coping with inside and external clients. “Harmony in the Workplace’ focuses on problem fixing abilities and suggestions for working as a team.
