| Read Our Blog Read Our Blog Blog Another Great Year for Job Readiness Training at National Able Network Bryan Dalton July 29, 2014 IT Career Lab, Senior Services, Training, Veterans Forward, Workforce 0 This past program year (ending June 30, 2014) is the third program 12 months in a row that Job Readiness Training attendance has exceeded the previous 12 monthsâs attendance, with this yrâs whole exceeding 2600 attendees! In addition to serving extra people, weâve additionally expanded the training catalog to incorporate workshops geared toward job retention. The high two new additions have been âProviding Exceptional Customer Serviceâ and âHarmony within the Workplace.â The âProviding Exception Customer Serviceâ workshop supplies a holistic look at customer support which includes ideas and skills associated to coping with inside and external clients. âHarmony in the Workplaceâ focuses on problem fixing abilities and suggestions for working as a team. It also explores methods for successfully wo rking within a cross generational team surroundings. The coaching group is already in the midst of updating current content in addition to creating some new content.
